PAYMENT INFORMATION You should send your completed Booking Form either using the 'Printed Booking Form' or the 'Email Booking Form'. MRS
A PACE Tel : 0033 2 97 39 51 45 The Booking Form should be accompanied by your deposit for one third of the total cost of the holiday. This can be in sterling or a euro cheque. However, if the euro cheque is drawn on a UK bank please add £12 to cover bank fees. A bankers draft in euros incurs no fees. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs A Pace and sent to the same address as the Booking Form. Payment in full must be sent at least 6 weeks before the arrival date or, in the case of late bookings, with the Booking Form. We also require a separate cheque for £100 (except for Ref 1/sp and 2/sp which is £50) as a security deposit, which will be banked then refunded 2 weeks after the departure date. If the gite is left clean and there are no breakages it will be refunded in full. All breakages must be paid for or replaced by the visitors. Any excess electricity charge will be deducted from this cheque if applicable. If you require a cleaning service this can be arranged if you inform us before your departure or at the time of booking. The cost will be £25 for up to 6 people and £35 for more that 6 people, including any babies. please specify on the booking form if you require this service. Bed linen, sheets, towels and tea towels are NOT provided and cannot be hired, except for 32/ldv. Bed linen is provided for 36/lma. The gite is ready for occupation after 4 P.M.
on the arrival day and must be vacated by 10 A.M. on the day of
your departure. |
